Lately it is anytime I have to travel on American Airlines. They lack customer svc, never are on time (unless you plan for them to be late) and they tend to lose your baggage regularly.
This is a little spot where I spend a few minutes musing on the stuff that is my life. I think I am pretty funny and totally fascinating so hopefully that is how you will feel too.

I also had one, it was my first flight and it was two hours late. Anyway, that's life.
