This is a little spot where I spend a few minutes musing on the stuff that is my life. I think I am pretty funny and totally fascinating so hopefully that is how you will feel too.

New Show: Blue Bloods
I will admit that the only reason why I wanted to give this show a try was because it has Donnie Wahlberg in it. It also has Tom Selleck and Magnum PI isn't half bad himself.
It is a pretty typical cop show. This one has to do with a family of cops including a brother who was killed in the line of duty and a DA sister. Donnie Wahlberg is the street tough cop who is an Iraq war veteran and once again the "bad boy." There seems to be a sinister sub plot dealing with a secret cop society and that seems interesting as well as the mom dieing earlier. Also, the ex-cop grandfather lives in the house. I don't know if this show is for me but if you really like cop shows especially ones about families then this is up your alley. I do have another episode to watch so we will see if I change my thoughts on it.

SO, the only reason I watched was for Donnie as well. Plus I missed the first 10 minutes. I have a feeling it's not going to last, the sub plot on the secret society seems like it's not going to do well. I think it would do better with just a focus on how they the bad guys.
I'll have to look into this show. We don't get network channels, so I watch majority of shows online through hulu.com. Mmm, Tom Selleck ... how is he still so sexy? I think it takes me back to the days of when he dated Monica on Friends.
I like this show. I think the cast makes a big difference too. Interesting to see where it goes.
I think it is Tom Selleck's voice that makes him so darn sexy. And he totally reminds me of when he was on Friends, too.
