Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (I used fat free 'cause I am cutting back on the f-a-t)
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tbsp Splenda
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2-4 shots of espresso (I went with four - I read you can also sub 1/2c of extra strong brewed coffee for espresso in recipes if you don't have espresso)
Directions
- Mix milk, pumpkin, and splenda together while slowly heating the milk to the magic latte temp of 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the vanilla and spice last. Whisk (or take it for a spin in your blender) to make it frothy.
- Pour mixture over the espresso and enjoy. (If you are feeling frisky add some whipped cream with nutmeg or cinnamon on top.)
Just in case you are wondering as I type this it is 85F outside. Not quite fall yet. :(
