Day 06 is
Whatever Tickles My Fancy.
I thought that this would be a lot easier than I it turned out to be. I googled "whatever tickles your fancy" and got a lot of stuff about masturbation and I also got this definition: "If something tickles your fancy, it appeals to you and you want to try it or have it." I also found out that it has origins in the 18th century. But that wasn't really answering the question. I had a couple lame answers and then I had an epiphany.
Sidney Crosby tickles my fancy. He appeals to me, I would like to try him or have him... oh that sounded dirty. Anyway, he is a hockey stud and my hockey stud boyfriend. Yeah, yeah, he is Canadian but Canadians are hockey studs and most of them have found great wealth in the gene pool. (My husband knows my fondness for Canadian hockey players and he thinks it isn't fair that I have a whole country I find attractive.)
I have always been a minor hockey fan. One of my best friends in college played on the school club team and it was so much fun to go watch him play. It was this year's Olympics that opened my eyes to this hockey stud and get me watching hockey again. Greatness!

I love this picture. I love that he is packing, barefoot, but he still has his jersey and gold medal on. |
Lastly, here is some information about Mr. Crosby (from
