30 Days of Me - Day 16

Day 16 is a song that makes you cry (or nearly).

I was going to just go with Carrie Underwood's "Just a Dream" because it totally made me bawl the other day but then I decided to change my mind to one that isn't so depressing.
So, my choice is Sade's "By My Side."  I walked down the aisle to this song.  I had my mom on my right side and my dad on my left.  As we walked down the aisle I was crying so hard I couldn't breathe and my mom and to remind me to calm down and breathe to which I sobbed, "I can't."  My corset was too tight!  That day  is one of the happiest days of my life so far and this song reminds me of it.  The words also remind me of the commitment and love I gave that day.
